Mission Statement - California Association of Political Centrists (CAPC) is a non-partisan political association that supports candidates and public policies that encourage the development of free enterprise, limited government and individual liberty while protecting the public good. Its mission is to foster “across the aisle” cooperation and true representation of the voting majority viewpoint at the local and state level. CAPC is not a third party but an organization that supports the centrist viewpoints of Democrats, Republicans and Decline to States.
